- the six  RASAS, tastes, and their properties

- anti-AMA (toxines) diet

- some tips for cooking pulses, cereals and all types of nuts

- SAMYOGA, the science of combining food

- discussion

Clara has completed her Ayurveda studies with John Marchand, disciple of Harish Johari. She is now attending specialized seminars and workshops at the Ayurveda School of Gand, with Vaydia Sudhakar in Brussels and soon in Pune, India, Ayurved International School.
