The programme includes:

A thorough consultation with the ayurvedic doctor, and daily consultations.

Two ayurvedic treatments a day according to the doctor's instructions (at the centre they have 7 different specialists)

Yoga and meditation classes every morning

Cooking classes and classes on the principles of Ayurveda relevant for daily life

All meals and teas

All activities:

Sunday trip to Wayanad (tea plantations, waterfalls, etc), boat trip on the backwaters, typical danses, temple visits, demonstration of Kalaripayattu and martial arts, assisting to a wedding, etc (contact me for the full details)

All transfers from and to the airports are included  (two main airports: KOZHICODE 1 hour and a half from the centre, and COCHIN, at 6 hours from the centre)

WIFI, library, washing machines
